Refund & Returns Policy

At Bare Water, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened or partially used spring water products.

To request a return, email info@barewater.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return arrangements and provide instructions where applicable. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@barewater.com.au.

Where possible, include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We'll arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law, and cover reasonable return costs where legally required.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the funds.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law. The 30-day return period and change-of-mind conditions do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
